1. Introduction

2. Service Description
MacroCrafter is a web application that uses artificial intelligence to generate game macros for supported games including World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy XIV, and others.

3. Account Types and Usage Limits

Guest Users:
- May create up to 5 macros without registration
- Subject to device-based usage tracking to prevent abuse
- Limited feature access

Trial Users (Registered, Free):
- May create up to 10 macros total
- Full feature access with usage limits
- Email verification required

Paid Subscribers:
- Unlimited macro generation
- Priority support
- Access to all features

4. Subscription and Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service to violate any game's Terms of Service
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse prevention measures
- Share, sell, or redistribute generated macros commercially without permission
- Use automated tools to access the service
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
- Use the service for any illegal purpose

6. AI-Generated Content
- Macros are generated using AI and may not always be accurate or optimal
- You are responsible for testing and validating macros before use
- We do not guarantee that generated macros comply with specific game rules
- AI-generated content should be reviewed before use in competitive settings

7. Intellectual Property
- MacroCrafter's code, design, and branding are our intellectual property
- Generated macros may be used freely for personal gaming purposes
- Game names, logos, and related content belong to their respective owners
- We are not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, Square Enix, or other game publishers

8. Privacy and Data
Your use of MacroCrafter is subject to our Privacy Policy at https://macrocrafter.io/privacy-policy. We use device fingerprinting and cookies to prevent abuse and improve service quality.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
MacroCrafter is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

- Loss of game accounts or in-game items
- Bans or suspensions from games

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
